Refund and Exchange Policy
All sales are final and tickets are non-refundable.
If you can’t attend a performance and are unable to find someone to use your ticket(s), we will do our best to exchange your ticket for a different performance date of the same production. Email us at info@ictrep.org or leave us a message at 316-612-2543 and we will get back with you with your options.
You may also donate your ticket(s) back to ICTRep no later than 2 hours prior to curtain. We will provide you with a tax-deductible receipt for your donation and make every effort to re-sell your unused ticket. Please give us as much notice as possible. Some restrictions may apply.
ICTRep ticket prices are inclusive of all taxes and fees! No hidden fees. Ever.
